Jeff Annon Celebrates Ten Years With Southern States Management Group, Inc.

VOLUSIA & FLAGLER COUNTY (Thursday, July 26, 2018) – Jeff Annon celebrated his ten year anniversary with Southern States Management Group, Inc. in June 2018. A graduate from Elon University in North Carolina, Annon received his Bachelor of Science in Finance and his Masters in Business Administration at Rollins College. His role as Vice President of Southern States Management Group includes supervising investment (treasury) management, financial analyses of communities, procurement services, transition oversight and much more.

Southern States Management Group has been in the community for nearly 30 years. With two locations, their experienced team of professionals oversees the daily management of roughly 130 independently operating master and sub-associations representing nearly 15,000 assessment paying units.

Annon is also currently the Treasurer of the Building Association Managers of Volusia and Secretary of the Rotary Club in Ormond Beach where he has been a member for four years.

Southern States Management Group’s “Seasonal Education Forum” will be held on Wednesday, September 5, 2018 from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. at LPGA located at 1000 Champions Drive in Daytona Beach.

BOARD CERTIFICATION
Some of the exciting things that we are proud of is that together with community partners we held a sold out board member certification in May with 130+ attendees from homeowner and condominium associations.

BOARD MEMBER SURVEY
We also recently sent a survey out to nearly 300 board members asking them for their feedback on their communities, our team and ways to improve both. We received wonderful responses and are making adjustments accordingly.

WE BELIEVE IN BOARD EDUCATION
We have partnered with some amazing companies locally and are rolling out our first ever Seasonal Board Education Forum where the focus of this expo style event is to bring local board members together quarterly to discuss hot topics, meet experienced vendor professionals and to provide educational networking opportunities.
