The East Central Chapter of The Florida Swimming Pool Association (FSPA) recently hosted their 2nd Annual Golf Tournament and Southern States Management Group (SSMG) participated. The fundraiser supported the Flagler County Lifeguard program providing swimming lessons to those in need. This was the second year that SSMG joined this local group to raise much needed funds. PALM COAST & DAYTONA BEACH, FL (Monday, December 14, 2020) – On Monday, November 16, 2020, Joshua Trujillo joined Southern States Realty Services (SSRS) staff as the Marketing Coordinator & Operations Manager. Trujillo joins SSRS with some great advertising and marketing experience – working with both media and real estate. Trujillo will be the operations arm of SSRS’s real estate entity and will manage their portfolio of rental property clients. Trujillo is a Daytona Beach resident but originally hails from just down the road, in Brevard County, and brings with him a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and a Florida Real Estate License.

Also, Brianne Bailey has joined the Southern States Management Group (SSMG) team. Bailey will be working as a part of SSMG’s corporate administrative staff. She relocated to Palm Coast from Utah where she worked in several different positions with the Strawberry High Line Canal Company. She brings with her a significant amount of administrative experience – including human resources, fleet management, IT operations, meeting preparations and documentation and planning and development and more.
