Our current client portfolio is comprised of roughly 75 independently operating master and sub-associations representing nearly 14,000 assessment paying units. These associations include single family homes, fee-simple town homes, oceanfront luxury condominium units, carriage homes, patio, courtyard, and villa homes as well as numerous mixed-use and commercial units. Annual operating budgets and reserve funds under our supervision are in the tens of millions of dollars, respectively.
